The Ayer Photography studio is located at 85 Midnight Pass in the picturesque Malletts Bay region of Colchester, Vermont,
on the beautiful eastern shores of Lake Champlain.
From exit 16 of Interstate 89 in northern Vermont, turn north on Vermont route 7 (labeled as Ethan Allen Highway on map;
but signs on actual road say, Roosevelt Highway). Turn west onto Blakely Road (toward Lake Champlain). Turn right
onto Williams Road and take the first left onto Midnight Pass.
